Some Synthesis Project links:

You may be able to find our current inventory at some point as a secure pdf document (requires the Acrobat Reader): ChmList

Organic Syntheses: http://www.orgsyn.org is another source of reactions that just work, albeit on LARGE scale typically.

On campus, you can access http://pubs.acs.org for all of the ACS journals from the beginning of time. This will be a good place to find models for writing experimental sections ala the Journal of Organic Chemistry.

For those looking for spectra of compounds, there is a site from Japan that has thousands of NMR spectra
(proton and carbon many times), IR spectra, and some mass spectra. A great place for finding spectral problems
for exams. Go here to search for your favorite compound: Integrated Spectral Data Base System for Organic Compounds

You can also find lots of spectra for compounds at the Sigma/Aldrich website. They have NMR and IR for most of the things they sell.
